I think 4 type of win is very important everyday. physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual.
I am open sourcing what sort of daily thing I look for , for each type of win:
𝟏. 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐢𝐧
a. Hitting 10k steps every day
b. Showing up in the gym and matching/surpassing last week’s strength
c. Getting 7+ hours of sleep
𝟐. 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐢𝐧
a. Having a difficult conversation, or speaking a difficult truth
b. Asking someone for a favor, where I have more than 50% of rejection
c. Resisting a temptation
d. Doing something hard. eg: a cold shower
𝟑. 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐢𝐧
a. Reading at least 2 page of anybook everyday
b. Listening to 1 podcast everyday
c. At least 2 Deep work sessions
𝟒. 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐢𝐧
a. Prayer/ meditation
b. Random act of kindness. eg: tipping the rickshawala mama 10tk extra
c. Giving back with money/time/knowledge etc
d. Gratitude eg: when remembering an old friend, quickly dropping them a message on how you missed them, how much they mean to me.
e. journaling and deeper reflections
